2 Cor 5:6-8 Therefore we are always full of courage, and we know that as long as we are alive here on earth we are absent from the Lord for we live by faith, not by sight. Thus we are full of courage and would prefer to be away from the body and at home with the Lord. So while here on this earth we may as well walk in faith though this faith may take us to dangerous or uncommon places. This includes taking Christ's name to the track. ...I mean... sin is expensive... who's paying for yours? |
Flatline Motorsports is an organization that is comprised of car enthusiasts of all types. There is no car too slow, too old, or too ugly that it has absolutely no potential to be made better, faster, and more interesting. Likewise there is no person who is not eligible to be part of team Flatline. With all that said, our foundation is on The Rock. Some may know Him by His name of Jesus Christ. He is The Risen Lord without whom none of this would be (much less be important). This team's inception was based on the Bible and its membership consists of believers and non-believers who are serious racers, competitors, tuners, plain old gear heads, engineers, and friends. As the founder, I encourage outreach to others not only to grow our bounds and have other cars to look at/work on, but also see people be saved and set free.  With all that being said, we enjoy cars. Period. We race, we tune, we shine, and sometimes gawk. We enjoy many types of motorsport, including but not limited to, drag racing, road racing, Hill climbs, Off-roading, Rally-crossing, and Auto-crossing. Most of us are competitors at heart, but for those of us who are not, modifying/personalizing and just plain-out improving our rides is just as enjoyable (and likely less expensive).
